Meet Dr. Arthur Vasquez
Dr. Vasquez brings more than 30 years of experience as a fully-licensed family medicine practitioner to his roles as owner, founder, and medical director at o41 clinic. Dr. Vasquez takes a special interest in and has a unique level of expertise in the treatment of skin disorders and aesthetic medicine, as demonstrated by his Board Certification as an Aesthetic Physician, his Professional Diploma in General Dermatology and Dermoscopy, and his Clinical Certificate in Skin Cancer Management.
Community and professional leadership
Dr. Vasquez deftly balances his leadership at o41 clinic with active memberships in the Primary Care Dermatology Society of Canada, Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine, and the Canadian Continence Society. He contributes to the Vancouver Division of Family Practice, serving as its executive board member. Dr. Vasquez is also acting medical director for two other practices: Basics and Beyond Wellness in Parksville and Kelowna Medical Aesthetics.
Going the extra mile
When not setting new standards in care, Dr. Vasquez is setting new personal records on the road and trails. An avid distance runner, Dr. Vasquez is running his way through the World Marathon Majors to complete all seven races in North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.
Meet Mila Ng, RN
Mila is up for any challenge, as she comes from the high-pressure environment of emergency care. As a highly skilled Registered Nurse (BSN), Mila’s experience with managing critical patients’ needs has shaped her approach to client care. She is meticulous in ensuring the safety, precision, and comfort of each treatment and service available at the office of o41 clinic.

Mila is thrilled to bring her extensive clinical expertise to the world of aesthetic medicine. She earned an aesthetics certification from the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine. And, in a nod to her commitment to continuous learning, Mila retains active membership with the CBAM and has refined her skills by training with some of the world’s top physicians. She also attends conferences and congresses to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques, innovations, and cutting-edge care.

Specialising in injectable, laser-assisted, non-surgical thread lift, and skin treatments, Mila is known for getting transformative results that enhance each client’s self-confidence and well-being. Meet Ralene Jolie
A self-described “major science nerd” and artist, Ralene originally set her sights on a career as a neuropsychologist. Following high school, she ultimately decided to pursue a career that was a better blend of those childhood affinities for both science and art. Ralene applies this passion and mastery every day at o41 clinic as our senior laser technician and clinical trainer for Alma Lasers, a leader in aesthetic medicine technologies.
Ralene’s journey
Ralene started her career in the aesthetic industry in 1999 as a professional makeup artist and aesthetician. Realising she wanted to take a deeper dive into the science of aesthetics, Ralene embarked on courses in advanced skin analysis and cosmetic chemistry 6 years later. She also acquired certification as a laser technician. Ralene is so proficient in her craft that she equips others with aesthetic/laser knowledge; she has taught two aesthetic academies and has served on Alma Lasers Clinical Training Department since 2019.
Outside of the office
When Ralene isn’t expertly caring for the needs of clients or teaching others, she can be found pursuing outdoor adventures. She especially enjoys time on her paddleboard. Ralene’s artistry transcends the visual, too. She finds great joy in singing and writing her own music, and in being surrounded by her family, friends, and cats.
Meet Ally Singh
Ally is a dedicated Laser Technician and Medical Office Assistant who brings both precision and personality to every client experience. With a passion for skincare and results-driven treatments, he specializes in helping clients feel confident in their skin through personalized care and advanced laser services.
Known for his warm, approachable nature, Ally ensures every visit feels comfortable, informative, and tailored to individual goals. Whether he’s performing treatments or supporting patients behind the scenes, he blends clinical expertise with a genuine commitment to client satisfaction.
Meet Olivia Tung
Olivia is a Medical Office Assistant who recently graduated from Douglas College’s Medical Office Assistant program. With a passion for healthcare and an interest in the evolving field of aesthetics, she is excited to be part of a medical environment that combines patient care with aesthetic services.
At the clinic, Olivia supports our team with front-desk operations and assists with procedures, helping ensure that every patient and client feels welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for. She hopes to continue expanding her knowledge and experience within the aesthetics industry, with the long-term goal of becoming a laser technician.
Outside of the clinic, Olivia is a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo and a martial arts instructor. She also enjoys reading and listening to music in her free time.
Olivia is excited to be part of the team and looks forward to creating a warm, welcoming, and positive experience for every patient and client.
